MTX5000 ENG/OB Mobile Transmit System  The MTX5000 is an advanced ENG/OB split-box transmitter system typically used or Van applications where the MTX RF transmitting (RFU) unit is installed atop a telescoping mast and the operator controlled MTX baseband unit (IDU) is rack mounted inside the vehicle. The RFU and IDU interconnect via a 70 MHz RF triax or coax/control cable. Both FM analog and DVB-T COFDM digital modulation are included, with optional high data-rate capacity single carrier modem (SCM) and IP encapsulation modules
