L1050 HD and SD Encoder  The L1050 is a High and Standard Definition MPEG2 ASI output Encoder with options for 70MHz or S-Band Outputs. Other SHF bands are available on request.
The L1050 is fully software upgradeable in the field for a variety of options. The L1050 is a powerful system in the smallest low power package available. The unique design is realised with gate arrays and fast microprocessors, excluding the use of the dedicated MPEG components. The resulting low power, low delay and high performance make the L1050 a key component for broadcasters looking for a small packaged solution to MPEG2 encoding and COFDM transmission.
