There are a wide range of features available such as cosecant squared elevation beam shaping, continuous azimuth rotation, azimuth and elevation control, asymmetrical parabolic off-set feed designs, quad polarization, high dynamic range Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA), and band pass and channel filter switching options just to name a few. These directional parabolic antenna systems range in size from approximately slightly greater than 48” (1.22 m) diameter to 18” x 30” (.46 x .76 m), and are particularly well suited for applications where antenna directivity due to frequency congestion or long ENG microwave shots are required.
