AUC58xx Weatherproof Half Rack Width BUC  The AUC5800 is a high performance IP65 ODU block upconverter with input at L Band, and output versions for C, X, Ku or DBS bands. The AUC58xx is also rack mountable by additional of the mounting ears which converts the AUC58xx Block Upconverter to half rack-width 192 x 1RU format.
The AUC5800 is DC powered, for example from a DVE5000 Exciter, via the TX L band coaxial cable. It has its own integral frequency reference and gives phase noise performance in excess of IESS308/309 without the need of an external frequency reference although will utilise an external reference if present. The AUC58xx range of BUCs is available in low and high gain versions with typically -10dBm and +10dBm output power levels respectively. The gain of the AUC58xx can be remotely set from a DVE Exciter if used in the same system else this can be modified via a simple manual adjustment. The available SHF frequency bands are: - AUC5806 - 5.85-6.65GHz - LO = 4.90GHz

- AUC5813 - 12.75-13.25GHz - LO = 11.8GHz
- AUC5814 - 13.75-14.5GHz - LO = 12.8GHz
- AUC5814-3 - 14.0-14.5GHz - LO = 13.05GHz
- AUC5817 - 17.3-18.1GHz - LO = 16.35GHz
- AUC5818 - 17.6-18.4GHz - LO = 16.65GHz
